We are proud to call First National Bank our ally, supporter and partner as we highlight the productive role community members and organizations play in neighborhood-based real estate and economic development processes.

A $25,000 grant from First National Bank (FNB) is supporting the Neighborhood Allies/Omicelo Cares  Real Estate Co-Powerment Series throughout 2019. Since launching in early 2017, this program which educates and explains the real estate development process to everyday residents and individuals interested in the development and revitalization of their neighborhood, has graduated 52 diverse students. With FNB’s support, we recently welcomed our largest cohort to date with 19 new participants, representing a diverse group ranging from community organizers, real estate professionals, to CDC and CBO staff members and community residents.

“FNB is proud to support innovative programs like the Real Estate Co-Powerment Series. We believe that nonprofits, residents and individuals working together are essential for communities to be vibrant, productive places where everyone can be successful. ”

-Brent J. Semachko, Senior Vice President, Corporate Community Development at F.N.B. Corporation

Our work would not be possible without the tremendous support of partners like First National Bank. Thank you for your commitment and support of our mission to support the people, organizations and partnerships committed to creating and maintaining healthy neighborhoods!
