Neighborhood Allies, an organization dedicated to creating and maintaining healthy neighborhoods in Pittsburgh, is calling for letters of intent from local groups who seek a Catalytic Grant, according to a release.

The grants, which will be between $15,000 and $75,000, will be awarded to neighborhood revitalization projects that promote stronger communities in the area.

Letters of Intent will only be accepted through the Neighborhood Allies’ online grant management portal, and they must be submitted by Dec. 31 to be considered for the spring 2019 round of funding.

LOIs will be reviewed, and select applicants with the most promising ideas will be asked to submit a full application by Feb. 1. Final decisions will be made on April 10.

According to the release, the grant program is open to “nonprofit organizations and partnerships serving low-to-moderate income communities in Allegheny County.”
