Get Online and Grow Online
Description
In response to COVID-19, we, in partnership with the URA, launched the Get Online and Grow Online (GOGO) program, to aid businesses in implementing new, creative ways to reach their customers through online interaction.
Goal of the Program
The goal of the program is to supply small businesses with personalized e-commerce solutions that will help them enter the digital marketplace.
What We Provide
GOGO participants are able to access up to twelve hours of pro bono technical assistance to support the online presence of their business. Whether you have an existing website, need a website, or could use social media mentoring, this program is for you. You will be matched with an expert technical assistance provider to receive one-on-one, hands-on upgrades to your business’ online presence.
The ideal candidate:
- Is already an existing business
- Has less than 15 employees
- Is located in: the City of Pittsburgh or other eligible municipalities in Allegheny County.

This is an open enrollment program with no deadline. We focus on supporting minority
and women-owned businesses. Business owners must be hands-on and engaged throughout the process. Please note that there is a $50 acceptance fee if you enter the program. Upon successful completion of the program, the $50 fee will be reimbursed in full.
