We’d like to take this opportunity to thank The Heinz Endowments for their generous $150,000 grant that will support the Preservation Working Group‘s goal of increasing the number and quality of naturally occurring affordable housing units in Allegheny County.

With this support, we will:

• Manage, maintain, and grow the effectiveness of the Preservation Working Group;
• Build an affordable housing preservation system in the city of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County;
• Increase the number of responsible preservation buyers and deal flow;
• Increase public investment in affordable housing preservation.
