In an evolving economic landscape, Neighborhood Allies has remained focused on expanding opportunity for people and strengthening the communities they call home. Across our work, we deliver strategic programs that create real-life impact, advancing financial stability and upward mobility for individuals and families across our region.

In 2025, we invested $6.2M into our neighborhoods and served residents through 15+ programs across 4 impact areas. We served 380+ individuals in 2,216 free financial counseling sessions, surpassing over $10 million of debt reduced for clients of the Allegheny County Financial Empowerment Center; provided 1,300 technical assistance hours to partners working to bring equitable development projects to life; provided $100,000 in flexible microgrants to small businesses; and so much more.

By connecting people to the resources they need to create positive change in their neighborhoods, we have seen real results—we are improving the lives of thousands of Pittsburghers.
