As Senior Manager of Data, Evaluation, and Strategy, Mike brings over 20 years of experience in research and data analysis, strategic leadership, and product management. He has led efforts to develop data systems, build, scale, and lead analytics and research teams, and craft data-driven narratives that enable real impact. At Neighborhood Allies, Mike utilizes data and analytics to support our partners, enhance our programming, deliver on our strategy, and tell our stories. 

A newcomer to the non-profit space, Mike has previously held leadership roles in analytics, product / brand management, and research at organizations such as ViralMoment, CivicScience, Smith Brothers Agency, The Nielsen Company, and Del Monte Foods. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Penn State and both MBA and Master of Public Policy and Management (MPPM) degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Mike’s MPPM work focused on exploring the solution space for the business and community challenges created by commercial gentrification.
