Tia serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at Vonage, a global cloud communications company, where she leads global disputes and has helped build the company’s litigation function. She brings a track record that spans both the private and public sectors—previously practicing at a Global 50 law firm on complex disputes, regulatory matters, and civil rights cases, and most recently serving as a public affairs executive at a Fortune 35 media and technology company, directing multi-state public policy, community investment, and government affairs strategy.

Beyond her professional work, Tia is deeply engaged in civic leadership and serves on multiple nonprofit and government boards, including as a board member of Pittsburgh Regional Transit. A first-generation attorney from Hampton, Virginia, she earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. in English Education from Old Dominion University.
