Our Preservation Working Group is featured:

Joining forces with Neighborhood Allies (an umbrella organization of community groups),
Bridgeway (a regional CDFI), and ACTION-Housing (a large nonprofit developer), helped AIHC
participant UPMC Health Plan transform their approach to supporting affordable housing
in Pittsburgh, where they are headquartered. Their new partners helped them recognize
that investing in affordable housing preservation is critical to maintaining communities, so
UPMC Health Plan helped create a local Preservation Working Group and Affordable Housing Loan Program and began assembling and investing in a pipeline of preservation deals, along with their other projects focused on homelessness, housing insecurity, and wealth-building
