An affordable housing project in Larimer will soon begin construction and bring 8 units of new affordable housing to the neighborhood!
On Thursday, July 9th, Tina Daniels and Javier Janik joined other project partners and funders at the financial closing of the project. Neighborhood Allies early investment in the project has also helped in obtaining additional funds. The “Mayflower Meadows” development is being led by WNT Daniels Development and its founder Tina Daniels, following their completion of two successful affordable housing developments in Homewood that were also supported by Neighborhood Allies. It’s a partnership which for years has shared a vision of transforming neighborhoods equitably, ensuring residents have access to quality housing and safe community spaces.

“Our investment in Mayflower Meadows is one we’re extremely excited about. Ms. Tina has done a fantastic job with her affordable housing developments in Homewood, and now we’re collectively providing a blueprint of how equitable neighborhood revitalization is sustainable and scalable”, said Javier Janik, Senior Program Manager for Economic Opportunity and Investment.
We are proud to build upon our years-long partnership with Ms. Tina. Once all three projects are completed, we will have brought 20 units of affordable housing to neighborhoods together!
