Jordan is one of 20 young professionals in architecture to be selected for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Pittsburgh’s Leadership Institute!
A program of the Pittsburgh Architecture Foundation, the institute’s purpose is to “explore and grow the potential, capacity, and skill set of those attending while making a positive change and impact as an individual, to their firms and offices, and at a community level.”
According to AIA Pittsburgh’s website, each cohort will “explore a particular issue that their partner organization is navigating in their respective neighborhood. The goal is for the cohort to develop their leadership skills, while learning to work together on pressing issues in our region, exploring opportunities to get engaged at a broader level.”
Jordan will engage in classes from September to March. You can learn more at The Leadership Institute – AIA Pittsburgh (aiapgh.org).
“In my role as a Social Impact Designer, I work at the intersection of design and community development. I’m looking forward to bringing these skills to the Leadership Institute and learning from all my fellow cohort members to better serve the Pittsburgh region.”
