Love My Neighbor!, a grantmaking program investing in resident-led projects that aim to improve neighborhoods and engage neighbors is available in some Hilltop residents.

Those who live in Allentown, Beltzhoover or Knoxville and are passionate about making a positive change in their neighborhood, are encouraged to apply for a grant. Grant amounts can range from $500 – $2500.

Several Grantseeker Workshops will be held on the Hilltop for those interested in applying: February 28, 6-8 p.m. at WorkHard PGH, 744 E. Warrington Avenue and March 7, 6-8 p.m. at St. Paul AME Church, 400 Orchard Place. Application deadline is Friday, March 24 at 11:59 p.m.

Love My Neighbor! is an initiative founded by Neighborhood Allies that invests in resident-led projects that aim to improve neighborhoods and engage fellow neighbors. Through providing the necessary resources and technical assistance directly to residents, Love My Neighbor! aims to unleash the untapped potential and passions in neighborhoods and creating visible and positive wins in those neighborhoods.
