Alexis Hayes Joins Neighborhood Allies through CMU Leadership-In-Training Internship!

alexisFor the next year, Alexis will be supporting the Neighborhood Allies Team in multiple program areas including our Temporary Public Art and Placemaking Pilot and our Community Capacity Building Program among others.

She brings a wealth of experience to our team. Alexis was a participant in the UDream Program through CMU’s Remaking Institute where she helped develop proposals for the Hill District CDC’s Tiny Retail Project and also interned for the URA in their Strategic and Design Department where she led the creation of the Beltzhoover Housing Style Guide.

Alexis is a current Fellow in the Leader-In-Training Internship Program through CMU’s Remaking Cities Institute and holds a Masters in Architecture from Hampton University. She can be reached by email at: alexis@neighborhoodallies.org.
