Mamadou Baldé is the Market Leader and Managing Director for CBRE’s Pittsburgh, PA and West Virginia operations. In this role, he is responsible for real estate sales and support professionals throughout Pittsburgh, PA and Charleston, WV. He serves as the strategic manager for all Advisory Services lines of business, including Property Management, Advisory & Transaction Services, Capital Markets, Occupier Outsourcing, Project Management and Valuation & Advisory Services. Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Mr. Baldé was President of Fulani Millwork and Fulani Development and was a Developer-In-Residence with ACTION-Housing. He also brings Office Brokerage experience from his time as Vice President and In-House Counsel at the Pittsburgh office of an International Commercial Real Estate Services Company. Prior to that, Mr. Baldé practiced law at a Pittsburgh regional law firm.

Mamadou previously served on the Neighborhood Allies Board of Directors from 2019-2020. We are thrilled to welcome him back!
