Joel is CEO and co-founder of the BEAM Collaborative, a strategic planning advisory firm that works to accelerate and scale Black businesses in southwestern Pennsylvania. A successful entrepreneur and business executive, Joel’s first startup was Keep it Simple Training and Development. Prior to that he led a team of 70 for a Fortune 500 corporation, resulting in exponential market growth.

Carolina’s nine years of leadership, dedication and commitment have been integral to the transformation of Neighborhood Allies. She has served on our Executive Committee as Vice Chair, as well as the Finance Committee and Resource and Development Committee for many years. She has been a passionate leader and true champion for our mission–playing an instrumental role in helping us grow into the organization we are today.
Tammy’s leadership, strategic thinking and guidance, over the past six years of serving on our board and Governance and Talent Committee has been truly invaluable. Her innovative and thoughtful guidance has been a model to follow.
