A Pittsburgh nonprofit leader has been named to the KeyBank National Advisory Council as part of its five-year, $16.5 billion community investment program.

Presley Gillespie, president of Neighborhood Allies, is one of 18 leaders picked from coast to coast.

The volunteers on the Corporate Responsibility National Advisory Council are charged with helping KeyCorp. (NYSE: KEY) counsel and assess the investment program in twice-a-year meetings, with the first one Aug. 3.

“The National Community Benefits plan embodies and amplifies KeyBank’s purpose to help clients and communities thrive,” said Beth Mooney, chairman and CEO of KeyCorp, in a statement Thursday. “We believe in the power of partnership and accountability as we carry out this mission. The National Advisory Council will ensure that we have both as we move forward.”
