The Pittsburgh Foundation Awards $200,000 Operating Grant to Neighborhood Allies

Nov 8, 2023

We would like to thank The Pittsburgh Foundation for awarding us a $200,000 grant that will support our organization’s operations and progress towards our North Star Goal of moving 100,000 low-income Pittsburghers up the socio-economic ladder by 2031. This funding positions our organization’s critical work to support community-owned and community-supported work in Black and Brown communities through our plethora of programs: real estate, social impact design and architectural services, financial literacy and wellness, small business support, digital literacy, equity-focused grants and investments, mental health and wellness, collaborative partnerships, capacity building and mentorship services, coalition building, and much more!

Our work would not be possible without the tremendous support of funders like The Pittsburgh Foundation. Thank you for your continued commitment and investment as we engage Pittsburgh area residents and organizations with innovative tools that expand opportunity for transformative community change!
