Our Team

Julius is a mental health advocate with 20 years of experience in community healing and organizational leadership. He’s the Founding Owner and Principal of Workforce Wellness Works, where he helps organizations put employee wellness first. In 2015, he founded Steel Smiling, and helped raise nearly $4,000,000 over a decade to strengthen mental health in Black communities.

Julius is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate social work degree from the University of Pittsburgh. His work has been featured in outlets including Forbes, NBC, NPR, and The Today Show. He continues to consult, speak, and lead efforts that sustain individual and organizational well-being across sectors.
