Centralized Real Estate Accelerator

Description

We launched The Accelerator in 2020 to accelerate, scale and sustain a community-based real estate development system in Pittsburgh.

Goal of Program

The program’s goal is to ensure that community developers can forge long-term outcomes designed to benefit all residents. Excited to get started? Here is a tool to help you realize your Design and Development Priorities and help prepare to engage with a design team!

What We Provide

Through this program we provide technical assistance, capacity building, and connections with experienced real-estate professionals who can assist with strategy, coordination, mentorship and coaching. The Accelerator focuses on community-based organizations, resident developers, and small business owners with the goal of creating more opportunities for community ownership in Black and Brown communities, as well as a pipeline of investable projects.

How to Engage

Do you have a development project that might benefit from support and resources from The Accelerator? Begin with a Project Intake Form that identifies critical project gaps. Or, click here for more information on The Accelerator.
