Digital Inclusion Program (2019-2025)

Impact, Learning, and Legacy

From 2019 through 2025, Neighborhood Allies led a comprehensive Digital Inclusion initiative to help bridge the digital divide across Pittsburgh’s neighborhoods.

This page serves as the official archival home of that work.

While the program concluded in 2025, its impact and lessons continue to inform our broader economic mobility strategies and regional digital equity efforts.

What impact and success looks like:

Over 13,700 total supports delivered since 2019:

  • 5,700+ training and educational programming enrollments
  • 5,453 internet access supports
  • 2,155 devices distributed
  • Over 400 small businesses supported
